We only eat here a few times a year. I am always impressed with the good nature of the wait staff. I get to the four star based on what type of restaurant is. Service is always been relatively fast and the facility has always been clean. It can be hard to access from the busy main road. Otherwise if you're hungry for IHOP this is a good place to go.

Good food. Friendly staff, wait time for seating is long but that's for any restaurant when you have busy days. The staff can't control how many people come or how long people stay when there is waiting customers. Still great service.

The staff are always friendly, the food is typically cooked properly and I always switch up sides and they always take care of me. The customers sometimes look pretty rough, imagine a huge group of male/female car mechanics having an office party directly after work at IHOP and that’s 50% of the crowd, the other is grandparents with a ratio of 1 with 5 little kids, church folks that really dress up every Sunday and then there’s the random young couples. All n all if you can manage that type of environment you will enjoy yourself.

The service and food was very good. Cleanliness of floors could be given more priority. Overall i would recommend eating here.

Of all the IHOP locations that I have been to, this one is by fair the one with the slowest service. They seem to be out of things frequently. However, with a love for all things sweet it is so good to go on a Saturday morning and get an omelette with bacon and Colby jack cheese with a side of blueberry pancakes. Just delicious. Super family friendly, however there is typically quite a wait here even for two people.
