I’m not sure why management or corporate can’t train their employees to prepare the “specialty” menu items correctly. I have issues with this at every store but this one has to be the worst yet. I’ve stopped going as much for my Iced Mocha because 80% cannot ring it up properly & 95% cannot make it properly!!! But they continue to add more McCafe drinks...someone please train these employees!!! Today I got iced milk with Carmel! Mocha has no Carmel in it!!! I’m done going to the Plymouth location.

Terrible service . Waited 15 minutes for a simple egg Mcmuffin. Other cars were parked outside waiting for their orders too. We were the first of 7 cars waiting for food. The other orders were delivered but not ours. I decided my time was more important than the sandwich. I left. Do not stop here if you are in s hurry ...also, the coffee was cold.

This is one of those McDonald's that you only go to out of desperation. I make the trip to the Outer Banks from Raleigh quite often for work and like clockwork, I get hungry when there isn't another restaurant around for a good 20+ minutes. Unfortunately I find myself time after time stopping at this McDonald's. I don't believe that they have ever had my order correct. Today I ordered a number 3, (double quarter pounder with cheese) meal and an unsweet tea as my drink. Made it a point to ask for BBQ sauce for my fries. I ended up receiving a single quarter pounder (no cheese) and a VERY sweet tea. Of course they didn't include any BBQ sauce. Or any sauce for that matter... Is it my fault for not checking before I drove away?? Possibly.. But should I really have to check? Debatable... What I'm getting at is that this McDonald's is fine if you're the type of person who orders the mystery boxes from Groupon... But seriously, only stop here if you need to use the restroom. Obviously at your own risk.

Went to the drive thru tonight 4/25/2018 placed our order for a quarter pounder with only cheese, lg fry, happy meal hamburger with mustard an pickles only, apples and milk, filet of fish received the following [happy meal hamburger with ketchup and mustard, the rest was correct, filet fish, lg. fry HOWEVER, no quarter pounder! Tried to call but, the number is disconnected only number there seems to be a fax # did not receive a receipt however, while waiting in the drive thru watched the Manager on the phone trying to get assistance to correct an issue with the register on the first drive thru window with a very friendly cashier that we had dealt with early in the week this was around 7:00pm. I would appreciate a refund for product not received but, cannot reach anyone! Fix your phone!!!

I saw racism at its finest at this McDonalds. Me and another couple were waiting in line. There was 2 cashiers (1 guy and 1 girl) the girl cashier seen us waiting and didnt bother helping us. I asked her if she was open and she said no. Some black people walked in and she motioned for them to come to her line. We should have been the next ones to order. But we ended up having to wait even longer. I don't think I'll ever stop here and eat again! Note: I've seen alot of 5 star ratings on this place. Just wondering how much McDonald's paid these people to give those 5 star ratings? I only gave a 1 bc that's the lowest star rating.
