Complete different experience second time around. The 1st time we ate here it seemed everything went wrong. Bad service, our food order came out wrong & even when they tried to correct our food order it was still wrong. This time, our service was excellent with Tia as our waitress, & the food was excellent. We got our food quickly & it was hot & fresh. We will return again to eat.

Our first visit here. Very pleasantly surprised at how much we enjoyed our meals. We did fish and chips meal and the New Orleans pasta meal. Both were very tasty and well prepared. For dessert we tried the fudge cake with vanilla bean ice cream which again, was surprisingly good. Great service and our server told us she was fairly new but didn't slow her down a bit! Typical sports bar, lots of screens and game noise, just perfect for an early Sunday dinner. I'm really glad we decided to try something new. Anxious to go back and try the wings and ribs!

We waited a while for someone to acknowledge us to be seated and when no one did, we sat ourselves. After waiting another 20+ minutes, we finally were able to get a drink and it wasn’t even busy. The server was very nice and the food was good but after all the hassle, our mood was NOT with the tasting of the food.

bar food, yeah, super good. Prices were fair. Similar to a place in Denver I loved.

Kickback Jack's should be embarrassed charging for the side salads they serve. It was no more that 4 bites...the lettuce in the bowl barely covered the bottom of the bowl! Further my colleague ordered a baked potato with his dinner & when meal served we questioned where potato was...informed they had run out of them. Waitress had not been advised they were out of potatoes. Also had to ask for tarter sauce multiple times.
