We had dinner there tonight and really enjoyed the experience. My 12 year old had a ball getting to know the staff. They even treated her to dessert! Really made her night and made her feel special. Shout out to our great waitress Emily!

Love the location, heart of downtown beside the train tracks; plenty of shops and the Old Hickory Brewery is within walking distance. They have a HUGE selection of draft beer and a wide selection of bottles and cans to purchase on the way out. The menu isn't lengthy but there are still plenty of choices. The Hickory Hot wings were cooked perfect & they have the best french onion soup of my lifetime.

My family and I visited the station while camping in limit over the weekend. The concept is very cool and a pleasant surprise to find in downtown Hickory. There is a wonderful selection of craft beers that you can carry out. There's a wonderful meat and cheese counter. There's also a great bakery. In addition to this carryout section there's a restaurant that is attached. There is a large craft beer menu, both draft and bottles. And there's also a wide variety of choices on their menu. My husband and I ordered a meat and cheese platter which was delicious. We ordered a pizza for our kids to share and they really enjoyed it. As far as the beer selection is concerned, I ordered a flight of beer but they were out of three different beers that I wanted to have on my flight. It was a little frustrating that they were out of so much and had not updated their menu. This was especially concerning when we came back the next day for brunch and the same beers were still on the menu. The service was just okay, the restrooms for clean, and the food was good-the portions were large. We will definitely visit the station again next time we come to Hickory.

The menu is amazing. It does change, but it’s delicious. We usually eat lunch there and it’s not much wait time. Our servers are prompt and it’s a great atmosphere. Highly recommended. Had the meat and cheese board as well. Awesome!! The scallop salad is amazing too!!

Fantastic Sunday brunch. Really cool atmosphere, busy and service was a bit slow, but that made us take our town and savor the experience. Lovely outdoor seating (but unfiltered sunshine). Great little local store with wine, beer, cheese, and sweets.
