I ordered a tuna salad and was displeased with the tuna that was on the salad it was runny so I had my daughter take it up to the counter and let the waitress know. We sat at the table for 35 to 40 minutes after I returned the salad no one came back to the table that entire time also with no drink refills. Then I had to pay for the salad that I took one bite out of. Then I expressed my displeasure nicely to the waitress and her response was absolutely nothing. That was terrible customer service and business. I will not take my family back. Paying for the salad didn't bother me as much as the treatment of dis-caring people. My daughters could even recognize how we were treated.

Just not a good place to eat. I've eaten at a few locations, same thing. Tired food, apathetic staff. Reading the responses from the manager in these reviews, I can see the problem is a lack of leadership within the company: Bad management. As a business owner, I expect more from management, certainly more than some of the warmed over, defensive answers given here.

Just got a LARGE STROMBOLI and itcwss the size of extra small. Prices and quantity is horrible. Very little meat in the stromboli. We have gotten 3 like this now and hubby says we won't be back. I even asked if this was a LARGE and was told yes. You sure don't get what you pay for here. You used to could get a LARGE STROMBOLI and it be enough for 2 people to eat, not any more. Now large stromboli should be put on the kids menu. Oh yes sir it is your stromboli, I called in order and picked up, this is what it looked like when I cut it in half and put on paper plate. There is a ticket under my name just before 6pm. Total was $23 and change. And this picture is the one I took of it.
