This place was amazing. While it is a little expensive I would highly recommend it, and will be coming back. The crispy duck with chicken fried rice I ordered was so good, and the portion size was huge. My girlfriend had vegetable sushi she said it was OK but a little too crunchy for her due to the carrot. She did order a second roll with just avacido and cream cheese, she like this one much more. The atmosphere here is upscale. I would have felt out of place in shorts and a T-shirt.

All I can say is wow! It's difficult finding quality Chinese food in the Charlotte area, as most of what passes for Chinese food in Charlotte doesn't even minutely resemble food. MingFu? Fabulous. I stopped in on a whim for takeout with no recommendation from others and am happy that I did. I was not disappointed. I've finally found my favorite and only Chinese restaurant. Thank you for doing such a wonderful job MingFu and keep up the quality. I can't wait to come back.

The sushi was definitely sub par for Charlotte. The fish and rice had almost no flavor and the tuna nigiri (fish served over rice) was honestly a little chewy. That said, the atmosphere was pleasant. The restaurant and staff were also clean and pleasant. I cannot speak to the rest of the menu, having primarily gone out for sushi.

First time dining here with my husband. Service was friendly. The sushi was fresh and flavorful. We tried the crispy shrimp entree as well and it was fantastic! The miso soup was traditional. I prefer it to be a little less "strong" in flavor. I'd definitely go back to try some of their other entrees.

A friend, and I were looking for somewhere different to eat. We came across Ming Fu where we stopped. There was a 20 minute wait for a table, but the bar was available. We mentioned to the server this was our first time visiting. She walked us thru the menu, and helped us choose the Sushi of our choice. The food came out, the presentation was beautiful, and the Sushi with eel tasted great! I will recommend this place to my family, and friends. KUDOS!
