Our dinner tonight was very disappointing. The order took unusually long. I ordered broiled Scallops and Flounder which were over cooked and tough. My guest had fried shrimp and flounder with French fries. His was over cooked as well and fries were undercooked. The portions were ok but not worth the $41.00 bill for both of us with sweet tea. We will not be going back anytime soon. On a good note, the server was nice and attentive.

Jones seafood is a locally owned and operated restaurant where you find down home southern folks serving some of the best seafood the area has to offer you cannot beat the price to portion ratio. I was blown away at the prices, they are the lowest I have seen anywhere in a few years. For less money you would expect less food, not so here I ordered steak and shrimp my wife ordered a small seafood and we both had more than we could eat. As for looks this is an older building looks like 70 something however it is very clean and has an "A" sanitation grade. The young ladies who seated and served us were very nice and attenitive. Good homemade ice tea, along with homemade hushpuppies served upon seating and kept filled until we insisted no more. All this and can you believe I only spent $42.00 . Great place to take your spouse or family for some great food.

Ordered ToGo, a Large Fried Shrimp plate with Fried Oysters and a Large Fried Shrimp plate with Scallops. Paid $40.52, which is ridiculous in my opinion. The food was extremely greasy and tasted like the grease was old. We could not even finish and had to throw it away. Never again.

Great Seafood. Reminds me of Country Kitchen that used to be there when I was younger and would vacation there with my parents and grandparents
