A great place to eat! Atmosphere is incredible! The food is prepared with skill and care. Went with a crowd, and they had our food out quickly. The waiter was courteous and knowledgeable. Wonderful experience, and looking forward to the next one.

The hype surrounding Mambo Grill is comical. It's a case of following the crowd, since everyone says its awesome, it must be awesome, right? Not at all. I had the sampler style appetizer, a flank steak, and a beer. With the added gratuity for a group of twenty percent, my bill was a whopping $54.00. What a joke. Yes, the atmosphere is chic and fun. That's about it. The food is the epitome of mediocre. I had a steak that was mostly fat and exceptionally salty. The rice and beans had zero flavoring. The waitress didn't keep up with who bought which drink, so at the end of the meal, we spent about 15 minutes helping her sort it out. She was obviously frustrated, although it was her fault. Compared to Taco Bell, this place is great. Broaden your horizons and eat at literally any other hispanic restaurant and this place is EXTREMELY overpriced and bland.

We visit Salisbury twice a year as a family and this is the place we always eat. Why? Because my wife and her family are Cubans. So they know a good Cuban restaurant with authentic Cuban food when they fine it. This is the place if you really want authentic Cuban food. Plus they also have a large selection of beer. Great atmosphere and service. You feel like if you were in Cuba.

Great location and nice setting! Food was tasty. Reasonable prices! If you like coffee you should try a cortadito.

This place is a gem. The food is awesome and that's coming from a guy who lives in Miami where there are more Cuban restaurants than you can count. The beer selection is great. Pleasantly surprised.
