I got 2 orders, one with 2 whoppers, the other with one whopper and a kids meal..not a hard order. I pulled up the lady took my money for the first and said she'd be back. After 5 minutes and about 10 angry cars behind me, I pulled up to the next window. The lady at that window acted like I wasn't there until I said excuse me. I explained the other lady took my money and never came back, and her rude response was that she told me to wait. The food was all cold when I got it. So I'm not sure what was taking so long. Everytime I go to this location there is an issue. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I opted to go in and place my order so I don't know if the drive through experience would have been any better. I was met at the register by who was listed on the wall as an assistant manager. No greeting, just a look as if I was a huge bother to her. She took my order and gave me a receipt and my drink cup. I then had to wait for her to finish filling up the straw bin to get to my lid and straw. The counter tops around the drink machine were a mess! The floors were also dirty and the place was not taken care of at all, I will not be back to this location

Disgusting....ordered whoppers and nuggets. Whoppers were cold and the nuggets were cold...soggy...limp...disgusting pieces of breaded nasty! And my order was for special whoppers (ordered my way) so it should all have been fresh! Not to mention I was here between breakfast and lunch rush...so no excuses of being too busy! Just simply avoid this burger king....there are so many other options that you can literally walk to from this location!

Not the cleanest restaurant but the staff was extremely courteous. One crew member went to get my kid a crown on his break. Shes 3 and very talkative and everyone she spoke to actually smiled and talked to her.

I know it's just fast food, but the employees here are great. Enjoy the company at least.
