I went to this Hardee's between three and four in the afternoon, there were only two people working, one working both the drivethru and the front of the store and one making the food. I bought two sandwiches, a hot ham and cheese and a chicken club. The ham and cheese sandwich had three tiny pieces of meat not enough to cover the bun and was inedible, the chicken was very rubbery and i spit it out, the tomato wasn't even red it was greenish yellow again inedible. These two inedible sandwiches cost over $8, for that kind of money you should be able to eat and enjoy what you bought. When my husband returned to the store the employee that spoke to him was extremely rude and basically told him to leave. Needless to say the corporate office was called to discuss this matter further. So much for keeping your costumer's satisfied so they'll come back for more.

Waited 25 minutes in drive thru Friday night. There was only 1 car in front of me and 2 walkins. I was ignored at the window. When they finally acknowledged me they wanted me to pay for cold food. This was the worst experience that I have ever had at a restaurant. The only reason that I would ever go back is if the owners kissed my fret.

Cashier were more concerned talking to some jive turkey that was begging for free food than a paying customer. All the employees then gathered by the cash register talking trash about their coworkers.
