I've loved Bojangles since they first opened in Walkertown. Always good food, sometimes minor mistakes on drive thru service, but all in all highly recommended. Yesterday on Sunday I went through the drive thru and ordered approximately $40 in breakfast for 6 people. It was busy, but we waiting our turn in line. They put 6 biscuit meals all in one big bag with bo rounds. Drinks were all separate. We got home and realized they'd forgotten 2 of the orders. We had all drinks. Very frustrating. We had out of town northern guests who we told, needed to try these biscuits. Then I had to leave them again to return to the store to get the rest of the order. 35 minute round trip. Very, Very frustrating. Steve the manager took care of me upon my return and I appreciated his Customer Service by refunding my order. I didn't expect that - so although I was still frustrated for this mistake, how it was handled spoke volumes. Thank you Steve.

Morning service is fantastic! Evening crew turns this place into a nightmare. Poor customer service paired with poorly cooked food either undercooked or over cooked. No on between. If it wasn't for the morning team this would be a 1 star review.

I've always had great service and hot food. Drive through can be a bit slow at times so 4 stars.
