BEST waitress, Emily, knows the menu inside & out. Fast, friendly & efficient. Food was awesome & reasonably priced. We opted for the 2 for $25 which included salad or appetizer & higher end entree. Steak & 2 sides and Cajun chicken, blackened shrimp & crispy red potatoes over mushrooms & grilled onions on a sizzeling platter...yummy!! Can't wait to go back &we'll be sure to ask for Emily to serve us!!

Ordered carry out.... Said it would be ready at one time so I hurried over and wanted having to wait for 20 extra minutes. Steak was very tough, Ribs were delicious, Oreo dessert was amazing!!! Customer service while I waited not bad but not very apologetic

I keep seeing commercials for the "curbside service"......I tried it once when I was extremely ill. Ordered. Arrived at my appointed time in my pajamas (because I was sick and that was the whole reason for using curbside). Waited with my lights on. I was the only car in that designated area. My food never came out. I called them and was put on hold...eventually I was told that I'd have to come inside. They already had my payment information so what could I do? Ask for a manager and throw a hissy fit? Leave and then hope I could get the charge reversed? I went in. They were very slow. Staff standing around chatting while I stood at the bar in my sick clothes and waited 8 minutes. No apology. No explanation. Just "here you go". 2 stars because the mediocre food was edible. Would you go back? If the food was amazing then maybe...but it isn't. Curbside service fail.

Last night we went to the Chippewa Applebee's because I've been craving their spicy shrimp pasta. Our waitress Emily went out of her way to see if there was anyway they could still make it because it was taken off the menu. They're amazing cook also went out of his way and made the sauce from scratch. I was one extremely happy pregnant customer!

This place was so unprofessional, the host was seating guests that came in after us (she wasn't going by the list the waiter just updated) and when brought to her attention she said well I asked who was here first with a ignorant tone and disgust on her face. There was so many tables and booths empty, there was no reason at 9pm that there should have been a wait of people at the door. She was so rude that we didn't even stay to eat. Having this unprofessional host ( older lady with tattoo on her neck) seating your guests makes it to were you can't even enjoy your visit. Will not be back because of this!!
