THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. THE FOOD WAS HORRIBLE AND I DIDN'T RECEIVE ALL MY FOOD. I CALL TO COMPLAIN AND AND THEY LEFT ME ON HOLD FOR TEN MINUTES. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE

The B&M that is just opening in Lyndhurst doesn’t even show up on Google, so I’m reviewing it here. WHY would you do a soft open of a rib restaurant on Memorial Day weekend? The line is nearly out the door - to the point the manager(?) had to come out to apologize. Meanwhile, the two girls on the cash register were BOTH on the phone taking orders while the in store line grows. So I guess the people on the phone are more important than the people who took the time to come into your store?? My wife and I left, along with three other people who weren’t interested in waiting around to see how long it was going to take us to get our order. Not a good start here in Lyndhurst, B&M, this is a higher rent district than what you’re used to. Gotta step your game up.

Horrible the food the service the attitude. I wouldn't recommend that place to anybody. The miles and oakwood places are okay but that place the worst and I'm not just a complainer I have been in the restaurant business 9 yrs and I can honestly say I have never experienced anything like this. Sorry hope changes are made for the better of the community and your establishment.

Just left B and M. I bought two rib tip dinners and where should I start. Only one fork for two dinners, only one dinner had a slice of bread, the side dishes were wrong for both dinners, and now, I am sitting here part boiling the rib tips because they are tough and salty!! This used to be one of the best BBQ restaurants in Cleveland, what happened? ?? All of this for $30.00, and I have to re-cook the rib tips myself....smdh. Time to find a new BBQ restaurant in Cleveland. Any recommendations?

Normally the food is pretty good. This time they gave me burnt barbeque. Why would you sell me something you know was burnt during cooking? Perhaps because by the time I got home I was stuck with...stuck like Chuck. That's just down right trifling.
