Once again, completely dissatisfied with the entire experience. Ordered three 3 piece tenders meals mild and one 5 piece tender spicy. Was rudely told to wait till I got to the window to ask for dipping sauce which I understood and when I got up there ask for the sauces I wanted for each meal and then I was told that was too many sauces because I didn't order enough strips when I was only ordering for sauces LOL. So I said we spent $37 how much sauce can I get? And she said depends on what you get and I said well I ordered 14 strips total how many sauces should I get? That's when they realize they were making me regular chicken meals instead of tenders meals... 22 minutes later I get my food brought out to me and I go home when I get home I discover that they had to make the mild tenders but left my spicy ones in the box so they were cold and they did not give me my side item... When I called to ask about it she told me the only thing I could do was to come up there and get my red beans and rice and that would be it. So my $35 worth of food would be scrapped so that I can get my $2 side item? Then I started calling. This is at the 33rd and Broadway location is 10649

Good food. Spicy chicken is not overpowering. Average prices for chicken. Friendly staff. Clean. Edit: drive through extremely slow, turned engine off to save gas. Seeing huge orders going from window to car. They need to pull large orders and waiting to the side.

I was disrespected going in and out! I will never step foot in there again, my observation the workers were intimidated by the Management, It was like auditioning for the movie GET OUT!!! Treat u unfairly, they are not very friendly, accept the guy there who went over and beyond! Jamal, I really can t remember his name, BUT the tall linking young man really does not care to be there. Let's say management has a lot of wild hair should not be in the kitchen ! Everyone seems to be afraid of her! I'm not the only one that observed That! Tension was so thick u could cut it with a knife!! Like attitude was all over the place I'm sure they were just afraid of her!!

So much to say.. 8pm and they have all the chairs up like they are closing. Girl running register is blantantly rude and dismissive. People in the back are hooting and hollaring like they are at a party back there. No gloves, no hair nets.. no care. Where is the manager?!!? It's like Mom and Dad left and left the kids to do whatever they want. I'll openly advise all acquaintances away from this place.
