Great place for breakfast or lunch! The service is top-notch with the prices being very reasonable. The environment is is laid back and family friendly. The home fries are my personal favorite along with the homemade raisin toast! There are several locations throughout the state to serve you.

food was good! BUT WAIT☝️ . . . my waitresses name was Pennie she was HORRIBLE !!!!👎 I wouldn't bring a death row inmate here for a last meal. she walked past us (a party of 3) several times without saying anything but proceeded to check on the other tables in her section Then as we went to pay at the front (because she never brought the check) she actually stood there looking like a investigator making sure we paid

Based on my experiences here when we have dined in 100% always awesome! Never an issue with our food. Fast friendly service. We always leave satisfied. I it had not bee for this 5 star service this review would have been 1 star. Why? Because of the absolute ridiculousness of our to go order the other day. We both had been craving the cinnamon roll pancakes here for a week or so. And we both were feeling better after a rough week. So we put in a to go order on a Saturday morning. The woman that took my order read me back the order said it would be about 10-15 min. 10:30AM I drive over, pay, and grab it and go. Mistake #1 i forgot to check the order. Got home and we were missing a good chunk of our order. I had ordered a two meat combo only to find out guess what NO MEAT!! I was pretty ticked off. Also they had failed to package the topping for the special pancakes that we paid a extra for. So i called them to make sure they didn't forget a to go container. They said no why? I then explained what was missing. They then said hold on a min. She then "spoke with a manager" and then asked did i want to come back and pickup up what they forgot to put in our order. I said not really and asked could we just get a credit or get our meal taken care of the next time we came in. They laughed and said no but hold on. She then "spoke with a manager" again and i think at that point they either handed off the phone to someone else or to the manager with out a warm transfer. This person at least knew the situation but had no idea what we were missing. So then i had to re-explain. She then said ok we will have the missing items ready for you in just a few min. So i proceeded to go back and pickup the missing items. The saddest part of this was they still got it wrong but at this point i knew if i went back in i would most likely make a scene and i didn't want to do that. Which is i am here now. By the time i got back and got everything reheated and plated and was able to sit down and finally eat it was just after 12:00PM. SO IT TOOK ME 1.5 HOURS TO GET WHAT WOULD HAVE TAKING 15-20 MIN IF WE HAD JUST GONE TO THE LOCATION AND ATE. We will never order take out from here again that is for sure. How should this situation had gone? Lets take a min and speak about that. First of all if it would have been real easy for them to just made our pancakes fresh with the topping on the side when i went back the second time. But no just the topping in 2 small condiment containers. And then to get the meats wrong when you didn't even put them in my order in the first place? Second if i was a manager in this situation i would have said you know what we are so sorry about what happened let us make this right and we will give you all a free meal the next time you come in. Let me get your Name and phone number/e-mail so we can make this right. In them e-mail i would have stated the issue and said to bring in the e-mail to the same location and we will pay for your meal. None of this happened. It is disappointing such a upstanding establishment would not have folks trained better especially a manager for better customer service. We will 100% for sure eat at Jimmy's Egg in the future but never ever take out again.
