This place needs a new chef ASAP! The place looks cool and has a nice vibe, classic dinner but the food is sub par for Portland. It needs at least one thing on the menu that they are good at. Sandwiches - nope, Omelettes - nope. Have not tried the pancakes yet, but not sure I will return to find out. This place could be awesome, all it needs are some good cooks and a signature item. I hope it decides to improve the food quality as I love the vibe and character of Fullers. Till then there are many other places competing for my dollar. On the upside the service is excellent and can not knock that.

I don’t know how anyone can give this place under a 5 star review! Food is consistently delicious and staff is always super friendly.

This place is so fun and old fashioned. The veggie burger is my go-to hangover food. The servers are always friendly and nice. One thing to note is that all the seating is bar seating. It's quickest to come alone or with one other person. Groups of 3+ usually take a while to get seated.

If you want great diner food, fast service, wonderful staff, and great prices, this is the place to go. Loved it every time, and have been coming here once a week for the last 2 years. A friend of mine has been coming here for the last 27 years and some of the staff has been here longer than that.

Nice little breakfast place in down town Portland. Come early as seating is limited. Menu could use some expansion and more combos, but has the standard American pancakes, waffles, eggs, etc. Staff was very friendly.
