Warm atmosphere, unique setting with the swanky restaurant on one side and the swine bar on the other. Stools made out of whiskey barrels is a nice touch. Extensive Bourbon list which is hard to find these days. knowledgeable bar staff ans very friendly. happy hour food specials are delicious and decently priced. All and all I am happy to have found this gem and will be returning the next time I come through Portland.

Recently had a private tasting menu by their head chef, Alexander Sullivan. I have to say every single course (out of 7 courses!) was phenomenal. The food was beautifully presented and the flavor and texture profiles were inventive and tantalizing! Also, the last course - lemon tart with beet powder meringue was one of the most gorgeous and delectable desserts I have had in a long time. I would go back just for that dessert!

Great food and drinks. They hosted my company for a dinner last fall. Rita Kriss does a great job with dinner plans for groups and just a special dinner. I needed an early Valentine's dinner and she set me up with a chef's dinner. IT WAS AMAZING!!! I highly recommend. The food was amazing, the wine room was perfect for 2, (could easily seat 4). I am looking forward to doing it again in the near future. Easy location to find, with parking garage close. Great place to entertain friends, clients, or a special loved one.

Great atmosphere, great food and superb service. My wait person, Forrest, was very friendly, accomodating, personable and attentive. I ordered the tofu scramble. It was so good that I could eat it everyday! This restaurant surpasses the other restaurants I went to while in Portland. Check it out and enjoy!

Sunday night happy hour at Swine was so disappointing. The staff was busy enjoying their evening and doing so loudly. The food was a strange combo of flavors that disappointed our group. The bar is amazing with their range of whiskey and bourbon but was out of gin! Oh well...there are lots of other places just around the corner.
