Overall, a fine experience. The food was good and the service was nice. I didn’t catch his name, by the young man working behind the counter was very kind and cracked a few jokes while I was ordering. Planning to come back soon!

As a restaurant owner, I know how crucial customer service is. I ordered an Italian BMT today, which I have had probably a thousand times in my life. The kid that made my sandwich began by putting the meat on the bread first before asking me what type of cheese I wanted. Not a big deal, but normally the cheese goes on first and thats when I normally ask that the bread and the cheese be toasted without the meat. I explained this to the employee. After he toasted my sandwich and was ready to add additional items to the sandwich, he came back at me with rude remarks and sarcastically instructed me to walk him through how to properly make a sandwich. Hey kept talking down to me by saying things such as "is it ok to place this on here now." I said "hey its not a good idea to get an attitude with your customers" and he just kept going off on how nobody has ever been trained to put the cheese on first. It really is funny how he made something that was a nothing into a big deal. I will never go back to this Subway. If one of my employees talked to a customer like this, he would be fired immediately. By the way, if you google Italian BMT, the picture that Subway uses to market the BMT shows cheese being on top of the meat. Regardless of if I was right or wrong, you don't want to talk down to your customers.
