Well first of all right when you walk in the door there is a sign that tells you that Spanish menus are available, but they actually don't have any at all per the manager. Second, we waited a good 15 minutes before we even got our drinks and I don't even know how long for the food. We pushed the call button to try and get my baby his milk and our server had never came to us regarding that and never asked about it or turned it off, so by the time we were almost done eating at the end of our visit someone finally came up to us and asked if we needed anything. I could understand why everything took so long if it was super busy, but it actually wasn't. Our server seemed kind of nice but he wasn't very friendly with us in particular. The front door greeter just seemed so confused the whole time. I really don't like to complain but this visit to red robin deff deserved it. Oh and one last thing, my fries were cold.

Always love going here for date night on Friday. Our number one reason? Our favorite server Andi!! If she's not there, we go somewhere else. And they let us know when we walk in the door. Andi makes our experience great!! That's why Red Robin gets 5 Stars. Food is really good too.

Perfect balance of food/service/atmosphere.....WAS but not anymore! My last experience involved a lot of burnt greasy food. The pop was flat and the employees we're using the bathroom more than the customer's. What happened to this restaurant?

We love Red Robin for their low carb options. Tavern Doubles in a lettuce wrap with bottomless broccoli are our go-to option at a great value. They are always so busy that you often have a wait and / or slower service but it's worth it!

This particular Red Robin location is always clean friendly good service which always leads to a longer wait but if you've been to Red Robin you know. Location near Vancouver Mall so if you wanna go shopping and get something to eat for dinner you can do it all in one place Red Robin
