We have been doing takeout from this B-Dubs for the last 3+ years, and normally go here if we are looking for something outside our normal routine.
Although the food is normally good, I think their customer service is getting worse every time we go. They used to go through the takeout order with you prior to handing it over, and probably had 90% accuracy due to being more accountable up-front. Now they hand it over I'm a bag, normally packed in the hardest way possible to double-check, and have about 45% accuracy for the items that were ordered.
Past that, their guesstimation of timing is quite hideous, as with the last visit:. I was told 15-20 minutes, arrived at the 20 minutes mark, and then waited there for 40 additional minutes (total time: 1 hour). Yes, they were busy, and yes, I do takeout all of the time and I have no issue with the fact that they can't give me an exact wait time, but 3x the time is flat-out crazy. And this wasn't the first time that they've been 20+ minutes over the estimation. At this point we'll probably go there only if my family can't agree on ANYTHING else.
