We visited Blackout yesterday for the first time. The atmosphere and wait staff were very pleasant, although our drinks were not refilled during the duration of our meal. The sandwiches were very good and I would say fairly priced, especially since a side is included. The fries were over-salted for sure though. We ordered two milkshakes (non- alcoholic) and I swear there was actually no ice cream in them! They seemed to be mostly Cool Whip or something similar, with the toppings mixed in. We weren't able up finish most of the milkshakes. While I would go back for a main course, I would definitely not order another milkshake, especially given the price.

They have interesting burger combos and you can create your own burger, which is nice. Unfortunately my burger was pretty salty and dry. Also it seems like this place could accommodate more people, but it's laid out really odd. As a result, the wait is long while they seat 2 people at a booth that could hold 6 because nothing else is available. Maybe once they're open a while they'll work these things out, but my initial reaction was "meh."

Stopped in on a whim during a road trip. Ordered a bison burger that was absolutely fantastic, and was worth 4 stars in and of itself. Unfortunately, it seems they're still getting the kinks worked out of this recently-opened place, which was in evidence when the server informed me that they were completely out of French fries--at 2PM on a Wednesday? Had coleslaw instead, which was honestly too vinegar-y for me. Service was prompt, but somewhat indifferent. It's a lovely little spot, and if they can normalize supplies and service it would become a regular stop whenever I'm on my way up to Erie.

Well planned, evaluated, and selected. To go boxes..easy clean up and use as a plate, food 5/5. Wings....smoke nice. Fried from frozen....takes too long. Sauces for wings nice. Truffle Burger.... no one serves anything with truffle related around here. Onion rings...."game set match". Congratulations. I confident that it will do well.. cocktails....nice selection, great boubon.🙃
