We go to this place and normally have difficulties placing our orders. My wife does not take any sauce on the sandwich and we want the fries with no salt. But today it was totally different experience. Makayla took our order and she did it flawless, all the details and special request were well understood and the order come completed without any error. Makayla is a real gem in this humble place, and we wanted to let other know about it.

Guy spoke very little English which was frustrating, they made a chicken wrap and it was so pathetic. One guy couldn’t hear me while I was explaining how shity the chicken wrap was because he had ear phones in his ears!

Closest one to me and I'm always disappointed. They never feel like making baked potatoes so they just say they don't have any. I ate in one time; they told me they didn't have any potatoes; 10 minutes later they sold one to someone else. I don't like being lied to. I would have waited for it if that was the problem.

This Wendy's is nasty. Old, not remodeled, but I'd be fine with that if it was clean...... it's not. The high chairs are caked with sticky grossness, the floors are sticky, the tables not clean. The service was also ridiculously slow and when ordering everything I had to repeat it twice. I also had to catch 4 or 5 errors on the screen after she put it in the register incorrectly. Luckily it shows the order on my side of the counter or else it would have been all messed up. Do yourself a favor, don't go to this Wendys. The one off allentown rd and forty for us much better, or the one on broad st in Lansdale.
