Worst CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I’m trying to ask a question and the servers are talking over me ignoring my question. I felt completely rushed and did not even get what I wanted. My order was completely wrong. I ended up throwing it away, waste of money. Need better training, seemed like they just wanted to get people out the door instead of actually taking correct orders. I will never be returning to this location.

Good food with your choices of ingredients. Clean restaurant. Moderately promised. I had the same experience at two different franchises.

Great big sign they accept Apple and Android pay on their menu. Tried to pay with Apple Pay and cashier was clueless. She tried to slide my phone through the credit card slot! Gave my burrito free and told me the sign refers only to payment methods on their app. Appreciate the burrito, but would be nice if they apologized for the confusion.

This is consistently a bad Chipotle experience, the employees just don't seem to really care at all. My burrito completely fell apart after opening the foil and had a tiny bit of meat in with a lot of rice. The chips are always stale. Unfortunately, there are far better mexican options in the city, the chipotle locations are not one of them. This comes from someone that loves Chipotle outside the city.

I love the whole "build your own food" experience. Especially great that there are a ton of vegetarian option because of this (and gluten free, for people who have celiac)!
