Our waitress, Amber was excellent. Very polite, kind and helpful. Quick and on top of things. She made our dining experience very pleasant. My wife and I suggest a raise. :-)

We ordered via online ordering. The order was missing our fries. When I called to let them know the manager was very understanding that we did not want to drive back to get them and refunded my son's meal back to our card. I did not ask him to do that. He offered right out which says A LOT! Couldn't have asked for better customer service. As for the food, the burger was awesome. The shrimp tacos were great. The loaded mashed potatoes were like homemade. I was surprised that I liked them bc I usually do not like mashed potatoes unless they are my own or my moms, lol. The fried cheese curds were good but a little salty, and I like salt, but maybe need just a little less. The chicken strips were the only not so great part. They were a little chewy and hard. Don't know how else to describe them. I personally will be eating the shrimp tacos again!!

Went with the family and had a great meal. No wait. Quick service. Good food.

There is something wrong about this place. They treat their employees terrible. They make them work 13 hour shifts with no notice. And do back to back to back 13 hour shifts.. INS may want visit. All kitchen employees are minorities. I will never go here to eat. Food service workers work hard enough without employers taking advantage of them.
