The only reason for a loss of a star is because they don't take cards. I even tried telling the owner how his sales would increase (I've forgotten to have cash and left on more than one occasion, only to go to one of the MANY other Chinese restaurants in State College) and make up for the cost of taking cards, but oh well!! Maybe it's a tax thing? Otherwise, the food is excellent, they will adapt recipes for you, there are always specials on the board. Lots of seating. No parking lot, but it's downtown State College, so it's metered street parking.

Reasonably priced food. Taste is good. Accepts only cash. I tried curry fried rice with beef, and shrimp. To me it taste best in state college. The amount is a lot.

Cash only! I don’t remember when was the last time I had cash. I use cards or pay with my phone. Get with the times! Good food but my friend had to pay when I took HER out. I got the General Tso and it was good, but not spicy like it should be. She got garlic eggplant and it was perfect. Lots of pungent sauce. Had to say I only wanted water since I didn’t have cash. They have an urn and styrofoam cups. Not sure if that urn ever gets a serious washing and disinfecting.

You know you're in the right place when Asian students outnumber whites 10:1. Great food and lots of it at moderate prices. If you want a fork, you're going to have to ask for it. Oh, and cash only. No credit cards.

Extremely large portions for cheap price. Cash only, but acceptable given the prices of the dishes. I like to go for daily specials (slightly more expensive than regular dishes).
