Only been here a handful of times. Usually busy. Usually mess up my order one way or another. Managed to mess up 2 cheeseburgers 3 different ways this visit. Best part was cookies. And as stated in another review yes that manager is usually rude no matter who he's speaking to. I've witnessed it a couple times & have been at the center of it once. Very arrogant-for-nothing & unprofessional. I'd almost kindly let the manager know how I didn't get what i ordered but i know he is not someone who cares. He's currently sitting in the dining room loudly speaking to another employee that he "wants him some damn chicken".

I don’t know how they managed to do this but I got an ice cold Quarter Pounder with cheese from this location. The drive though at this location is also slower than molasses. With multiple other fast food locations in this area, you have better choices not far away.

The lady who waited on me just now was very friendly. I tried to see if her name was on the receipt but it just said ks #2. Its 1:30 pm 2/15/18. Anyway I wish I could always get service like that but unfortunately this was a rare occurrence . For instance the guy manager , I can defiantly do without.. I was coming in for coffee and as I was walking up to the 'oh so friendly' manager, he told me to " step away from the counter". I was thrown off by that and very confused. He just gave me this cocky look and said " the lady before you isn't done with her order" . She had to run out and grab more change from her car. Anyway this wasn't the first time this guy treated me like that. I personally feel he is completely unprofessional and way to arrogant to be a manager there. I was just very happy that he took his good ol time waiting on me. I got blessed with the very kind lady at ks#2. :)...

McDonald's needs to die off already. literally any fast food restaurant you can go to has better food, service, and cleanliness than this god-forsaken "restaurant". The only reason people go here is because the brand is recognizable. Do yourself and the rest of the world a favor, and spend your money elsewhere.
