I am finished with this location. This morning I ordered a grilled chicken combo. Half way through the line I remember that I didn’t ask if it came with tomato. When I got to the window and paid I asked And it did!!! I asked for them to make it without it my mother is ALLERGIC. They took the sandwich and removed the tomato and gave me the same sandwich. I checked the sandwich and I could see the seeds from the tomato. I took it right back and they made another sandwich. That was the last straw... after to many chances I choose to just not pay for this anymore. That is it!!!!

Very disappointed, it's to bad because the Bojangles of years past put out a good product. No longer, to much money for the size of the pieces of chicken you get. Ordered a 3 piece meal, two thighs and a leg. The size of the thighs were really equivalent to one decent size thigh and the leg wasn't much bigger than a Cornish hen. First time giving them a try in probably 6 months or more because of last experience and now doubt if I ever go back.

The chicken was dry and staff rude!! But I will give them a second chance. Could be a bad night.

Slowest restaurant in lexington. Have been in the drive through for over 30 mins. Still sitting here. When I ordered they were out of half the things I asked for. Needs new management.

Service was substandard. Fries were cold and had little to no seasoning. Upside was that the Bojangler fish sandwich was hot and delicious. Bathroom was clean enough for the middle of the day.
