This was actually the best IHOP meal I’ve ever gotten from the chain. This one was busy and loads of people were here on an early Sunday. Got seated quickly and our server was great by taking our order quick! The food arrived prepared perfectly. My order included pancakes, which honestly should be included always! Highly recommend this IHOP!

Not good at all. Poor service. Did not give us utensils had to get them ourselves. I never got any water. My daughter did not get her order right. They left the cheese off my meal and separated the ingredients that were supposed to be stacked on top of each other and put seperatle on 2 different plates. The waitress never came back after serving the meal. Asked for extra butter for the pancakes. It never came. Love IHOP. Just not this one. Told a couple walking in to go somewhere else tonight. They did!!!

Nice breakfast. Nice staff. Coffee needs improvement. Overall I had a nice experience.

I love IHOP but this was the worst IHOP experience I've ever had. When my group of 3 walks in the lady at the front just says it will be a few minutes and walks away. We can see plenty of empty tables that would could have been seated at. Another couple walks in and another waitress attempts to seat them before us after we've been waiting. Our waitress barely ever checked on us. Let us sit with finished food for quite a while without bringing the check. Oh and also came one time to give us refills and didn't even remove the empty glasses from the table. Also the place was just dirty. Several uncleaned tables and stuff all over the floor. Definitely will not return to THIS IHOP

We were seated quickly but no one came to take our drink orders. A waitress finally comes to get drink orders but never comes back. A second waitress come to take drink orders and never comes back. We decided to leave and before we could get down the sidewalk a waitress was cleaning the table of the girls coloring pages with no drinks in sight. Very Poor Service!
