Always busy, but always good with great service

The parking is almost non existent. Challenging to get a parking spot. They have a very tiny parking lot that is even smaller when you take into account it's shared with another company that has there own spots reserved. Their customer service has improved. It's nice when you walk in and an employee actually says hello. Used to not be the case. The layouts unique. It's elongated and very narrow seating. Be nice if they would remodel and make it more roomy or less cluttered in certain places. Has an older feel could really use some updating. A fresh remodel would greatly add to the appeal of the restaurant. If the customer service keeps improving, I may go more. They are down town Spartanburg near Main St. A lot of big businesses there across the street and near by. Should be more customer service friendly seeing that a lot of big businesses employees take their lunch breaks there. Convenient that that it's located close to Main St. but there are several other restaurants close by for customers to take their lunch break.

Very quick and clean! Even if there's a line out the door, you'll get through within 5 minutes! Love this location

great place with a great location. good employees. pretty friendly. My only problem is out of last five times I've wanted to stop by here to get a sandwich, Three times Its been closed. I don't understand how a place like this would be straight up closed on the weekend. I can see adjusted hours but closed?
