Every year we go for Easter Brunch and normally rave about it. This year however is not one to rave about. First of all, we made reservations a week ahead of time. When we got there they wanted to seat us in bar area. I said we didn’t want that so they sat us in what I can only describe as an overflow are. We ordered our drinks and then proceeded to the buffet. The French toast was cold. I had ordered hot tea with lemon but it took about 30 minutes to receive it without the lemon. Never received it. My daughter asked for a cup of ice. My husband had to get up and find a glass of ice. The coffee cups were filled about 3/4 full. Had to ask for cream and sugar. My daughter picked a piece of chocolate cheesecake but some how the cake above it had pecans and one inadvertently one was in chocolate cheesecake. She is allergic to nuts. So we had to leave and find a convenience store to buy Benedril because the hotel store was out of it. All in all it was pretty disappointing. We usually go for mother’s day too but I don’t think that will happen. It’s sad that the experience that we have enjoyed for years will no longer be a family tradition.

So far, one of the most disorganized breakfast services ever. Ignored for five minutes at the entrance. When finally acknowledged, led to a table that had yet to be cleaned. Then dealt with three servers before one finally took our order. They forgot the omlette of the guy next to us. We still have no silverware. My wife got the buffet so she could eat. I ordered from the menu. Fingers crossed.... 12 min later, my wife still does not have her tea, no sign of my order ... 15 min. Tea came, no food. ... 20 min. Food finally arrived.

Went during a staycation - the wine was nice, and the service was quiet and a bit slow. Overall a great little spot downtown.

Food was good but the bartender konita was such a Wise guy and disrespectful! My husband and I wanted to try this restaurant out bc we heard so much about it at work (bmw) but anyway we sat at the bar bc the restaurant section was closed and it was us and another couple there and my husband wanted a mixed drink and konita asked for his i.d which was fine but I notice he never asked anyone else for their i.d so I brushed it off! He then started asking questions asking us and the other couple the usual "where u from and where u live so then he asked me was my husband my son out loud in front of the other couple which he and the other couple burst out laughing and continued laughing for a good 15 mins it pissed me off and my husband off so bad I lost my appetite and although my husband is shorter then me we always get the "he must be older then u which he is! I will not be giving this place a 5star nor will I be referring any of my friends and or co-workers there! Service was terrible!!!!! I work hard for my money and I refuse to spend it somewhere where a bartender with a ponytail is being disrespectful towards me and my husband!!!!!!!!
