I'm from Colorado and pleasantly surprised at the healthy menu options right alongside some truly decadent and savory choices. The Reuben is fantastic as is the chicken salad wrap. The staff is friendly and helpful. The place is clean and smells great. The bread is quite delicious as well. The prices are about what you'd expect if not a little more reasonable than average. Finally the desserts, desserts, and did I mention the desserts? They are fantastic!! Go hungry, leave full to the brim with a bit of guilt. :-)

Merridee's is a must try in Nashville. Their meals, pastries, and coffees are all wonderful! Even when they're packed, the wait for the food usually isn't long. Love this place! (I get the breakfast sandwich or the biscuits and gravy)

Egg salad on egg bread, add garden (lettuce, tomatoe, onions) is the most amazing sandwich you've ever had. Don't delay... Try it! Been coming to Merridees since I was a boy. My grandmother Pug used to meet her South Carolina girls there every week before she past. If you're lucky, you'll get there on Blueberry coffee day or African Smoke coffee day. Take a step back in time and check the place out, you'll be glad you did.

the setting, atmosphere and staff were great. We ordered a pecan cinnamon roll, breakfast burrito and coffee. The pecan roll was good but definitely not the best I've ever had. Coffee was fantastic and probably drank more than i should have. The breakfast burrito was good but for over $8 i expected something bigger. Again it was good, but should be priced around $5 or less. We also got a loaf of bread to go but have not tried it yet. Overall the place is great and we will go back, I'll just skip the breakfast burrito next time.
