I've been to this location many times over the course of its opening. I have to say for sure that the quality of this restaurant has sunk to the bottom. Ordering here is a shot in the dark EVERY single time, meaning the consistency is erratic. Drive thru can take 15+ minutes to order, and the food can be old and gross. Typically the only food you can get "fresh" (cooked within the last 30 minutes) is orange chicken. The rest of the food can literally be more than 2 hours old. There are times you should get food, and shouldn't get food here. It is normal for them to be out of something. I've had so many issues before coming here that I've given up on this place. They have forgotten my entrees before, in which when I came in I had to wait 5 minutes to even talk to somebody when I was staring at them with my receipt showing and when I finally got an employee's attention they didn't seem to care and gave me the kid sized box to give me the missing entree, they have pulled me up to the window after taking my order to tell me they were out of something, they have substituted ingredients in their entrees to make up for something that is out, for example their Shanghai Angus Steak is supposed to be made with asparagus, but instead contained green beans(this has happened to me many times.) Employees don't seem to be very interested or happy with their job, and this place is a joke that is still in business surprisingly.

Food here is ok. I don't like all that much that they only have forks. Spoons exist too, get some. But I love it!

Went through the drivethru. Was 30minutes before I got to the order screen (there were only 2 cars in front of me), 15 more minutes before I got to the window after ordering, paid and was told to go wait in a parking spot in front and my order would be brought out to me. Waited another 20 minutes (been there over an hour at this point) as I watched people enter and exit with food that they were ordering inside. I went inside to ask for my food. All employees looked confusedly at my receipt. My order still wasn't ready. Asked for my money back and they told me they had to call a different manager on the phone to approve my money being put back on my card. Finally got my food made an hour and a half after I arrived. And never got my money back. I was offered a free drink.

Christian was an awesome dude, and the service was as fast as it possibly could be, due to a family wanting every sample ahead of me. Way to go on the patience!
