I've only had their wood fired brick oven pizza, but it's pretty decent Napolitano style pizza. Everything there is really fresh and made in house. It's a little "fancy" and probably priced a little higher than it should be ($17 for a single 12" pepperoni pizza at lunch). I also think they need to cook their pizza a little longer to give the toppings a chance to warm up more. Overall, if you're in the area or looking to try something new, it's worth a try.

Somehow I was expecting a casual by-the-slice pizza shop, but this is actually a more upscale pizza restaurant. They have personal sized thin crust Italian-style pizza and a large selection of wine. The service is great and so is the Bianca.

Tried 3 pizzas. Margarita, Pepperoni and brisket with an egg. Brisket was the fave. Lamb meatballs as an app were very tasty. Sauce on the meatballs was amazing with great flavor and chopped onion pieces punctuating. One draft beer, Peroni, and good wine selection.

Bar service was good. Pizza dough is not crispy dough type. It is more like chewy texture. Neapolitan pizza type

This is one of my favorite pizza places in Austin, and my favorite downtown pie supply. They make classic Neapolitan style pizza in an authentic brick oven. You can taste the perfect amount of wooden-char on the bottom of the crust, which is perfectly crispy but still chewy. They use fresh ricotta cheese on a lot of their pies and it’s so fresh you can detect a subtle lemon flavor. They drizzle extra virgin olive oil along the crust. They also have a nice wine selection and decent appetizers and desserts. This restaurant is very small, but makes for a very intimate setting, so make sure to have a reservation. Because of the limited number of tables they also only let you stay for about 1.5 hours, during peak hours, so arrive on time.
