Amazing atmosphere and best sushi I’ve ever had. The Hotate (scallop) and Uni (sea urchin) are must try dishes. Make sure you start with the white seaweed salad you won’t regret it! Some of the best service of any restaurant in Dallas. If you’re looking for a high-end Japanese restaurant that’s also an experience this is a one stop shop. Don’t be scared by the mention of price you can easily have a meal here at the same price point of other sushi restaurants in Dallas but the premium options for exclusive food items, sake, and Japanese whiskey can easily add to the bottom line.

Terrible experience! You can only reserve by Facebook and they makes you pay $20 per person. Anyways, I pay $40 for my husband and I. It was an special occasion (my 3rd anniversary) I arrived on time and they makes me wait approximately 40 minutes. I visited this restaurant cause on pictures there's a beautiful rooftop. I wanted wait in the rooftop the they told me that I can't access. I was devastated. I left the restaurant and i never want to come back. Terrible service!! I lose my date, my time and my money.

We went here for to celebrate Valentine's day and it was such a great experience. We let the waitress order and got to try very different things. We had such great service. Would highly recommend. Very upscale dining experience.

Great food and staff and drinks. Celebrated many occasions at Tei-An. Bartenders always take good care of us. Congrats to Best on becoming General Manager.

A little over the top. Everything was good, but maybe a bit too much Americanized. I personally prefer traditional traditional Japanese meals instead of fusion because there is no definition of "the best of both worlds". Photos taken flashes on out of respect of the restaurant. Everything was a must try, and I was still full after two days.
