I enjoy this location. I'm glad they recovered from hurricane Harvey damages so I can continue to eat there. Food is always good and 9/10 times is freshly prepared. They used to have fried okra but they stopped selling it. I wish they would bring it back. The Mac and cheese is going away too. Besides those two losses, the fish and chicken are their bread and butter. The green beans are always amazing. Hushpuppies are good. Tartar sauce is my absolute favourite. Today I had the all you can eat Sunday fish and it was a great buy. Quite enjoyable. Would definitely recommend this location and Long John Silver's as a whole. No one has the same type of delicious batter. Also, staff and service is nice. Today's service was excellent.

We stopped in for a late lunch. We were not disappointed. There were plenty of the crumbles like we expected. The green beans I ordered had a strange aroma so I didn't eat them. The fish was tasty.

I was running my errands Saturday with my son's and grandson. My daughter met up with us after her errand run to have lunch. So we picked a restaurant that was nearby to where we were and that was LJS's. It's been a long time . . . . . And LJS 's has been on 1960 West for a long time. The food is good! I missed eating there. We dined in and the flow of traffic was busy!!!!!!! This location needs to be remodel and sanitize, right down to the floor. The floor has a greasy feel to it. My daughter said, "she almost slipped" and the kids said, "the restroom weren't cleaned". Please do something soon!

The fish was great. The hush puppies were not good. Not the same I used to eat there. The place is never as clean as I think a restautant should be.
