I was very impressed with my 1st visit. Although there was a crowd, our party of 4 was seated in less than 20 minutes (estimated wait 45 min). Staff is warm, welcoming, & attentive. Restaurant is versatile... family friendly or for a romantic date. VERY CLEAN dining area and restrooms. The food is simply AMAZING with complimentary butter garlic knot bread with parmesan sprinkles. I had Alfredo Tortellini with grilled chicken & must say it tastes far better than Olive Garden and may have cost a bit less. I would recommend this restaurant for any occasion.

This location is good near Humble. The staff is friendly and the food quality is always good. The restaurant is always kept clean. I love coming here when they have the seasonal promotion with seafood like lobster and crab. We will definitely come back and highly recommended.

My friend and I visited Outback Steakhouse last week, and the thing that made the biggest difference in my experience, was the manager. It's good to recognize when a manager or staff member gets it right! My friend and I shared the shrimp and steak meal. She wanted the shrimp and I wanted the steak (well done). When my steak came out and I started cutting into it, it looked more medium well, than well done. We alerted our waitress and the manager came over to our table, and I asked if my steak could be cooked more. He was very pleasant and apologized and took the steak back. I asked to get it in a to go box because I had to leave, and to my surprise when I opened the box, they made me a whole new meal! They made a new steak, gave me shrimp and my side order of fries! This is great customer service, my friends! When you go above and beyond. I appreciate that, and I would give this place my business again. If this establishment is wise, they should do anything they can to keep that manager at that location.

Food was wonderful! Our service was sub par, if we needed anything we had to hunt someone down but it was about lunch time and they didn't seem very staffed. Still very happy and will return! We ordered the medallions and lobster tail
