Great Texas barbecue, very consistent with their quality. I personally recommend the moist brisket, the sausage and the sweet cream corn. The sweet tea is always top notch too. Go enough times and you'll start talking a different language when you order. Here's my typical order: 1/2 moist, 2 whole reg, 1/4 Turk. That's. 5 lbs moist brisket, 2 whole regular sausage links, and .25lbs turkey. Enough to feed a family of 4 right there. Yum!!!!

Rudy's is all about the meat and BBQ sauce If you are looking sides, go somewhere else. Although I do really like their green chili stew. I especially like the moist brisket, yummy. The turkey is tasty too. I like their ribs but my favorite ribs are somewhere else. Their sauce is a spicy Texas saucen my favorite style.

This is our first stop on our adventure to Texas. Coming from Georgia, I'm always interested in other regions version of barbecue. I was not at all disappointed with Rudy's! The brisket was amazing, the two sauces both flavorful, the cream corn sweet creamy and delicious, and the buttermilk pie was to die for! My very picky eight-year-old travel partner totally inhaled the quarter pound of smoked turkey and sliced bread. That may sound like a strange order but that's how they accommodate children with no actual children's menu.

Go to be some of the best moist brisket in the world. Great service great food. A little expensive but it sure tastes fine. Always put by the moist that way it's got bark and fat on it

Rudy's has excellent, high quality bbq at reasonable prices. It is not an upscale place but is very clean with fast service. Plentiful condiments and a reasonable selection of bottled beers. Side dishes are a little skimpy for the price. 290 is a bit of a challenge right now but is getting better.
