I've been eating at Josie's off and on for years. Sometimes the staff is spot on and sometimes I guess they are like all of us when the day seems to be crazy. One thing I can Always count on is their food , Great Mexican food for a good price ( Buffet) and a lot if it that has always kept me and half of Lubbock always coming back. Personally there has not been one time Josie's didn't take care of me and my friends hungry stomachs as we walked out the doors. 5 Star because Josie's family Mexican Food Restarant took care of what I walked in the door for . Caring people serving me Mexican Food. Very Satisfied again ! THANK YOU AGAIN !

The worse possible customer service I have ever seen at a restaurant. This place is total garbage. Mama would not be happy. And the server doesn't even listen. To your order, just brings whatever the hell they want to you. After eating we waited 25 mins just to get the damn check and no they weren't busy and I understand why they weren't busy.. never again will I eat at any Josie's due to this one location.

I love Josie's burritos but the restaurant experience does not live up to the fame. There was one family dining and we waited 15 minutes to be seated, the waiter didn't listen to our orders so it was incorrect, the food was too salty and we never received a ticket to take to the cash register. When we decided to wait by the register to pay we had to waitresses try to seat us again before they realized we only wanted to pay for our meal and get out of there. Needless to say it felt like a wasted lunch hour. I don't recommend anyone else waste their time on dining in.

This used to be my all time favorite place to eat. My family and I frequent it quite a bit. This morning I found a LONG BROWN HAIR inside my breakfast burrito. *PUKE*. Josie’s lost my business.
