Love Red Lobster. Whenever we go to Lubbock to visit our daughter at Tech she always wants to go there. The last time the waitress was absolutely wonderful with us. She went above and beyond what we expected. We went for the Lobster Fest and was not disappointed at all. She even changed up my order for me the way I asked without extra cost. We had a great meal and will be back.

This place has the best food. Their drinks and food are exceptional. I don't know why there are so many bad reports. This place is great! May I recommend the biscuits? Also, I go here every year for my birthday because of a lot of reasons. It has really good food, the staff is great and polite, they actually know how to cook seafood, etc. Also, if you need a day to go, go on a weekday, close to sunset (around 8 or 9). That's when the least amount of people are threre. That's when I would go. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant because of several reasons. I'm glad this place has so many good ratings.

Enjoyed a great lunch during Lobsterfest! Food was prepared better than my previous visit. I was impressed. We were seated quickly and our server was watchful but not hovering. A little pricey, but it was great lobster!

Food can be a little lackluster. Overall I've had more mediocre experiences than anything else. Last time we came over, we had a substantial wait of about thirty minutes before we were given our food. I think it had been ready and maybe the waitress forgot? But by that point, the top part of the pasta had been completely dried out. It also made my boyfriend sick the next day, and the only thing he ate different from me was the chicken. The reason I'm giving it four stars is because on the visit prior to that, the food had been similarly okay, but the service had been outstanding. The waitress (different girl) that time made our anniversary extremely special.

After seeing the shrimp trio ad on tv, we decided to try it just to be disappointed with the quality of shrimp they’re using here. Shrimps were light and airy. It’s probably just me but I’m very particular on my seafoods. I expected too much that Red Lobster would be using the firm and flavorful type of shrimps like the Joe’s Crab Shack has.
