This place is so cozy. As long as they're not too busy or understaffed, service is good, and always friendly. Nice old fashioned IHOP.

Just overall the poorest IHOP I have experienced. The facility inside is beat, old, and for some reason always dirty. Forget about parking, just dont even try. There's always water on the ground and the floor mats are always folded over and tripping people over. The amount of staff just crowds the narrow halls. You'd think that with enough staff you'd receive fast service, but this has never been true for any of my visits to this specific location. The kitchen is slow, waiters make a silly mistakes on every visit, and the manager will shy away from speaking to customers if asked for. This place is due for a much needed update building and staff-wise. You are better off visiting another IHOP location.

My server was fantastic but the rest wasn't. The pancakes were small (it WAS National Pancake Day so that's probably why). When it was time to pay I have the server my ticket and cash and when she came back she didn't have the coins for the change. She said " we don't have a cash register so we don't have any change, is that okay?" Ummm, no I want FULL amount of change. I know it wasn't her fault so I went to the MOD and he said the same thing!! They don't have a cash register???? What kind of business doesn't have a cash register? People still use cash. How much extra money does a business keep when they keep your coin change? And this want a case of only two or three or even ten cents change, it was significant, quarters were involved. I'll avoid the place from now on. (The MOD did come up with my change eventually but how many people say," oh I don't want you to go to any trouble, that's ok"?)

Very good food and professional staff even at night.

My family and I came here on Sunday morning for a nice family brunch, but we ended up waiting for 30 minutes at least to get seated. After that, we ordered our food, but it took probably another 30 minutes to get to us and my dad's fried eggs were completely raw on the inside. This place isn't a bad place to eat by any means, I can understand a rare raw egg here and there, but this place is just far too small for the crowd that they attract. The ambiance is affected by this greatly and not in a good way. If it's busy, don't bother coming here. It's way too tiny to be comfortable. Otherwise, it's a pretty good option.
