Food was good. Most things were a little overcooked but still really good.

Great food, lots of choices on the menu, fast service and close to Texas Tech

I held off writing a bad review until I couldn't keep quite anymore. This morning was our 3rd bad experience in a row with this restraunt. They don't know how to handle being busy. We got seated and got our drinks fairly quick, ordered our food and it came out in a reasonable time. That's the extent of the service. We were never checked on after that. I had to get up to get stuff like jelly for the toast. We finally got our servers attention long enough to get our ticket. They take payment up front, so we got up from our seats and went up front to pay. They had several people standing up front waiting for someone to take there names down or even greet them. I waited at the same place to pay. 5 minutes go by and not one person has made it up to greet the new customers or take my payment, another table gets up to leave and now there are three groups ready to pay and a slew of people waiting to be greeted. It's starting to get really crowded up front and a table buser tells us someone will be with us in a minute. 3 more minutes pass and the table behind me goes to the order counter and starts telling the servers that everyone is waiting to pay out. A lady I'm assuming the manager who was serving people at the bar now pulls away to come up to the front and take our payment. I was the first in line to payout and it took 10 minutes to do so. The people standing at the front to be greeted, had been waiting longer than me, and now they have to wait for several other tables to pay first. This was just this mornings ordeal! The 2 previous times visits were just as bad. One of them included me walking up to my server, and asking why we got treated so poorly. I'm am not a person that likes the be confrontational! His response was if you needed me I have a name tag, you should have yelled at me. I'm extremely disatisfied with this restraunt and the service and I'm officially done going there. The breakfast house has 3 locations, the one on 50th is the better of the three, but I think our Sunday morning breakfast will be spent somewhere else from now on.

Not as good as it was when it first opened. They need a good cook. The good is greasy. The waitress can't pay attention when they are busy. She forgets a lot.

Great choice of food, however the quality of service and food was just average for the price.
