Very bad poor service. I'm very dispointed at their customer service. They didn't even smile at us when We entered. Food were cold and not fresh. I ordered one soup and they didn't even gave a spoon. What I felt at that time is they want us to leave as soon as possible. They thought like we are disturbing them by coming around 9pm. Very dispointed. Never recommend this place to any body. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

The food was amazing. But NEVER go on Thanksgiving. It was a zoo. I had called for three days in a row to make sure that I could get a two meals for 6 with cranberry sauce and turkey. Each time I was told no problem we have plenty of everything. I was taking hot meals to people in a hospital. I had the list of sides the people wanted, verified with Boston Market the sides would be available. Got there a line out the door. Asked an employee how I ordered the meal for 6 since it wasn't listed. She said that isn't available on Thanksgiving. And if I wanted turkey they had run out and it would be a 40 minute wait. To go ahead and get in line. Got in line got to the front. Didn't have enough turkey for a meal for six, was told to get in line again. People be hung me served turkey because they had enough for one. After three line trips, I refused to move from the front corner until I could receive the meals. I'm in tears by now, as and about an hour late in delivering the meals. Finally a manager took pity on me and said wait there she would put together 4 meals for 3. Of course none of the sides were available and no cranberry sauce. But the two employees that finally stepped in were awesome. So definitely go for the food just NOT on Thanksgiving

This place is a joke. Ordered chicken and meatloaf and they didn't give us the meatloaf. 64 dollar meal and they forgot the meatloaf and vegetables were not cooked correctly. Don't go here!

Had in the past loved Boston Market as a quick alternative to typical "drive thru" or "cafeteria" food. But tonight, only about $5 of our $30 meal was edible - the spinach (actually yummy). The new potatoes - undercooked with a "crunch" in the middle. The brussel sprouts - also undercooked & had been soaked in some kind of sugary sauce. The chicken had a nice flavor, but was very slimy. Husband said the ribs were the worst he has ever had. The kids couldn't even finish the cornbread because it was soggy. I would rather use my money to pick up stuff in the deli at a grocery store. The lady at the counter was also useless during my visit.

The 1 star is for the refund I was given on my meal for 6. The staff working here at 6pm is not paying attention to detail. The Brussels sprouts, chipotle carrots, sweet potato casserole, mac n cheese, and veggies all overcooked or soggy with sauces and salt. I was told there was enough meatloaf for 4 and I ordered the chicken to add as a meat choice.. I asked if I have received all my bags of food. She says yes its,all in there, 25 minutes later at home just 1/2 a chicken, not even enough for 3, and unedible sides, that they now charge a premium for. Also, cinnamon apples are off the menu. When I called I was offered my food for the next day or come back (50 minute drive there and back) no way. I've tried to keep coming back bcz it used to be a good family meal alternative and I didn't mind paying for it, but the quality of food is way down. Not ok to serve that kind of slop and definitely not at those prices. Looks like I'm not the only one thinking this way reading the other reviews. Manager shouldn't be letting food go out in that condition. I would rather hear the quality is not top notch right now, It'll l be a 15 minute wait. So sad, please fix this location soon or it too will end up shutting down.
