Alright place. Decent staff. Food was okay. Sopapillas were good. It wasn't like it used to be but it was good. I think I'll go back.

Just like I remembered from my "youth". I was so happy when this place opened up. It's not gourmet Tex-Mex by any means, but it's really good. All you can eat, just raise the flag!

The place is always clean and The staff very friendly and helpful. The food is the same as I remember from when I was a child. This is still a very good place to bring the family to eat.

We love Happy Joe. Love this place. The food is a good. Buffet style. Raise the flag for service.

Never again! It started with filthy plastic water cups and a smell of sour countertops, and it ended with sour stomachs. In between, all five of us hated the food. Why is this place in business? The only items that tasted halfway decent were the chicken taquitos, the beans, and rice. I felt bad for our server. She seems like such a diligent worker, but everything there (besides her) was sub-par. I hope she gets a different job with a respectable company. I want my $50 back Panchos!
