Horrible quality of food and bad service as well. The tomatoes were soft, the spinach was wilted and the cucumbers were mushy. I asked the lady for a LITTLE bit of vinegar and she doused it seemingly on purpose. I will never go back to this particular Subway ever.

Just about everytime you go to this Subway, there is no one at the front. At night they hardly have tea made and when they do it is watered down with lots of ice in the container. They acted as if they don't want to fix your sandwich the way you ask them to. Denpending on who it is whether they know you are not will you get a decent full sandwich. They have conversations about pass customers in from of customers that are there at the time. They snickle and joke among each other about the customers and how they want their sandwich fixed. And I was told it was a inside joke. There was one time one of the employee wasn't putting the right amount of items on the sandwich that they actually had to call the supervisor to confirm it and she was doing it wrong the whole time. These people are very slow even when they have three people working one sandwich and one customer. This particular store is nothing at all like the other Subways in this area or in Killeen area.
