Last week I went in to place an order on my son's birthday. The order was wrong. I called and spoke to one manager who was VERY courteous and kind and said well come in and we will replace your order whenever you can. I went today. The order was wrong again. Its NOT rocket science. I was short a side this time. So I called again. First off, the manager on duty had the funkiest attitude when I called to inform her that I was missing a side, and she stated that she rung it up herself and has the receipt. I told her ok I dont care that she has a receipt I know what I paid for last week and it wasn't this. Replacing a meal means REPLACING a meal. She refused to give me her name but the manager last week had no issues giving hers. So after going back and forth she said I could come get my rightfully due side. I went and they didn't have what I needed in the large container so the cashier asked if 3 smalls were fine, I obliged. I asked if he had a number for corporate or a card, he asked this same rude, unprofessional manager and she said no she doesn't have a number for corporate 🤔... so I sat in the parking lot and googled the number and spoke with them in the lot. I was HIGHLY disappointed in my service as a paying customer. The unprofessionalism that I received from this business was beyond disgusting and I will NOT be going back to Church's period!!! They've forever lost a customer in me.

I'm giving Church's 4 stars because they've finally improved. Their speed used to be horrible. It's gotten way better; however, they should keep chicken steadily cooking when it's peak hours to avoid a hold. I think there is new management as well because most of their employees were very rude on the headset; now it seems they value their job and customers. Temple needs another Churchs because we only have one. The location is hectic because the parking lot space is too small.

Just Left here. Took 45mins to get my child food. Manager was in the there eating, yet I'm waiting on food. Staff wasn't friendly either. Stay far away .

The only good thing about this visit was the poor cashier who apologized for the wait. The food took a long time and was cold when I got it. The chicken tenders were NOT tender... I couldn't even eat them. Last visit... too bad because they are so close to home.
