This place lives up to its good reputation. The food was really fresh and had a lot of flavor. I really enjoyed the fries that came with our food. Be aware of the hours for this business. It closes relatively early in comparison to literally everything else. You can order to go if you want which is always nice.

Food was terrific. Restrooms are on the outside probably because this used to be a gas station at one time. There's a sewer smell in the area that's unrelated to the restaurant. I didn't notice it when my gumbo was on front of me. I wanted to take a pic of the front counter but I had to wait because it was full of people. This place was packed!!! I ate in the first room and didn't even know. This is a lovely little place and a nice addition to this side of town.

Outstanding food and atmosphere! Had the catfish and fried shrimp and they were Devine. Loved the outdoor area. We will be back

As a Louisiana resident and a very picky person I can say I had some of the best gumbo ever at Cajun Craft and off-menu the pho was absolutely incredible. The only thing that is better then the food in this place is the service, staying on the road more than 260 days a year gives me a broad perspective on the subject and this guy's are absolutely impeccable. I strongly recommend this spot 😊

Excellent friendly, attentive service. Melt in your mouth food that was perfectly cooked and seasoned. All 3 of my younger kids enjoyed their selection of meal choices and said it was great! Definitley coming here again and recommending this place to anyone in or passing thru Waco. They have the good ice too!
