Not sure why this place has so many good reviews? Especially since I'm basing this review on my experience after two visits with the same results. Both times I've eaten at La Fountain, I've been seated quickly but then had to wait for around 50 min at the table before we saw any food. And both times the service was very poor. The waiter never checked on us and took around 10 min. to bring us our check after we finished eating. The food I ordered both times was very good, but the portion sizes were very small. Other people in my party were less impressed with the food though, and thought the ingredients seemed cheap and meager. For example, a taco was filled with what appeared to be about a teaspoon of meat and a sprinkle of cheese. It looked pitiful.

Every time I have gone the waiter messes up my order and gives me the wrong thing, and gets upset when you tell him it was wrong. The food is decent, not anything to write home about. I wouldn't go back because the staff are just so incredibly rude and oblivious. Mi Ranchito is better and they're staff is amazing, try them instead.

Great family style mexican restaurant with amazing food. Large portions and small prices you will probably end up spending less to get full than you would at taco bell, the difference is you are eating real food. Bring your apatite.

This is one of my family's favorite places to eat. Great food, fun atmosphere, super service (Alejandro : ), and generous portions. Also excellent for take-out.The BEST chips and salsa in Utah Valley.

Food is good, people are nice, but forget about things you have asked for when busy, so that's 3 stars
