Popeyes has some great chicken. With that being said, this location has problems every time I go there. Today there one was one person trying to handle the drive through, front counter, order prep and distribution all by himself. One. There wasn't another employee in sight. My order was rushed, the place looked like a mess and the soda machine was low on syrup. I didn't even bother mentioning any of it because quite frankly I felt sorry for the guy. Finally got my food, drove home and went to dig in just to find out that it's not even the type of chicken that I ordered. My guess is they ran out of spicy and he gave me regular instead. At least he threw in a couple extra pieces as compensation, bless his poor overworked soul. Good food. Terrible management.

Love Popeyes Chicken! My rating is based solely on serving size and wait times. I ordered spicy chicken strips and fries. I got regular not spicy, it took a little longer than I expected, the chicken strips were a bit small, and my fries looked pathetic. But it all tasted great. Nice treat, nice costumer service.

Chicken is good and cheap, but the service in The drive thru isn’t the best, usually it takes about 2 to 3 min to get out with your order in other places, this this Popeyes shouldn’t have the service at the window. We look for fast service and Utah does not meet the customer service satisfaction. A good thing that I’m no mister shopper. Good luck with a better and fast service. 35 min waiting for my food. Unbelievable.

We love Popeyes Chicken and we always know what to expect with our food when eating here, but we seem to have more issues at this specific location. On our last visit we ordered 5 boxed meals and they had us pull our car up to wait about 5-10 minutes. When they brought one bag of food out to the car I asked her to confirm that all 5 boxed meals and the sides were in that one bag and she said "I don't know, I just cooked your corn on the cob." I had to ask her 3 times, before checking myself, and we were missing 2 of the dinners. Had I drove home 20 minutes before noticing that I would have been VERY upset. So the food is great, but their service needs some improvement, and double check your take out orders.

I am changing my review. My husband went here on his break to get some food and waited the full half hour of his break for it. At the end he said he had to go and asked how close his food was and they said 10 more minutes. That's 40 minutes on one meal!! So he said he wanted a refund because he wasn't going to get to eat and the manager of the store came up and told him he would not be getting a refund and had to wait for his food since he already paid and should not leave. When my husband explained his break was over the managers response was "well you should have had a longer break." SO RUDE. As if we get to pick the length of our breaks at work??? Another customer saw my husband's uniform and decided to try to bring him his food at his workplace (So nice of him) and asked the manager about taking it since it was already paid for and he had refused to refund him and all. The manager said no and threw away the entire meal in front of the guy. He was told if he wanted to bring my husband some food he would need to buy another whole meal. He did and I am grateful to this stranger but I feel he got screwed over too. This is ridiculous and I implore you not to give this place business as long as this horrible person is store manager.
