Very tasty! Cafe Rio is definitely a Utah classic chain well worth stopping for a meal. My advice is to go either early or late for lunch or dinner as it can get quite crowded at peak meal times on weekends especially.

I've only been once, but I didn't have to wait at all. The stylist that helped me was really awesome (Danielle). All the stylists were really friendly and the store had a great environment.

The service was fast and accurate. The food was fantastic. Though the place was very busy, my husband and I found a small niche where we could enjoy each other's company as well as our food.

By far the worst cafe rio. Every single time i place a to go order, they get it wrong. Not just a little wrong- terribly wrong- or they forget something and it’s not close enough for me to go back. And my food is always cold when I pick it up at the exact time I select for my pick up.

SLOWEST Cafe Rio in history!!!! I have had so many bad experiences here I can't even count. This location is turning me into a Costa vida loyal. Just one example.... Today at 230 I called in an order to pickup. They said it wouldn't be ready for 45 minutes!!!!! We came 15 min later to a completely empty store and the employees just hanging out. They made our food painfully slow, and when we went to get our drinks, half the machines were empty. What is going on????!!!!!! This location gives the franchise a horrible name!
