Doesn't accept cards, only cash. How can a national chain justify that decision?

Overall very rude customer service from all workers that I've come in contact with. I am a very engaging person. I like to make conversation and ask employees how there day is going, Any exciting plans for the weekend, etc. Every employee I've talked to didn't even respond to my questions. Example "Hey man! Hows your day going?" He would reply with. "What do you want." Whoever the General Manager of this subway is should be hung upside down and slapped with a soggy Italian foot long. I am so sick of good franchises being managed by degenerate baboons.
